hi! i’m Rachael.
I follow Christ. I love creating beautiful things and making people feel welcome. I live in Birmingham, AL with my incredibly talented husband Ethan, our daughter, and our golden doodle Lainey. I’m the Creative Director for Well-Watered Women and I have been directing weddings on the weekends since 2014.
I believe God is the most wonderful Creator. He’s constantly filling our world and hearts with beauty in every little crevice. That’s why I’m constantly inspired by creation. A good sunset, a beautiful flower, or the yellow leaves in the fall can legitimately stop me in my tracks. This is the heart behind why I love to create.
Fun fact: I got shingles two days before our wedding! The stress of planning, graduating, moving, and starting a new job really got to me, and shingles happened as a result. Thankfully, medicine and prayers helped, and the day was still lovely and enjoyable. That’s a big part of why I am so passionate about helping brides. I want to help keep you from feeling stressed as you plan toward your special day!
